Shipping and Returns

We accept PayPal, credit card, and debit card payments.

Most of our pieces are made to order and each one is carefully made by hand. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing time. Production time does not include shipping time.

If you are ordering for a special day, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Orders within the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Shipping generally takes about 2-6 business days. You may select Priority Mail upgrade at checkout, which takes about 1-3 business days within the continental US.

Orders outside the continental US may take about 1-2 weeks.

We ship to the address provided during checkout. If there was an error, please contact us immediately.

We ship worldwide!

Depending on the destination country, transit times may take 1-3 weeks (4 weeks at the latest). All orders are shipped via USPS. If you wish for your order to be shipped through a different carrier, please contact us before placing your order. We ship to the address provided during checkout. Imported goods may be subject to customs fees. The amount and fees are decided by your country. Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes that your country may impose on your order as we have no control over these.

If you do not receive your order within 45 days, please contact us and we will assist you as best we can.

In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact us immediately. These incidents will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but we will do everything in our power to correct the situation for you. 

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address. Please always double check your shipping address during check out, and email us as soon as possible for any corrections.

If you would like to make a return, please email us at and I will provide you with the return address and info. 

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving your package in its original, undamaged condition, and in the original gift boxing. The refund will be issued as soon as the package is received from you. Postage or customs fees will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return postage. We do not accept trades, late returns, or exchanges.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders.
